| An interview would be arranged with
Stephen and Sherry and after this interview, the potential
Franchisee would be asked to spend two or three days (more
if the Franchisee is still undecided) with an experienced
operator.
This is to determine and satisfy both parties
that a Franchisee would be suitable to the prospective Franchisee.
We do not give specific areas to Franchisees.
We feel it is to difficult to mark certain boundaries as
some areas contain much more working opportunity than others.
But every effort will be made to provide
a compact run to minimise travelling and expenses.
A Franchisee can nominate which area he/she
prefers and every reasonable effort will be made to provide
extra work in these areas.
A Franchisee owner whose run has grown
too large for him/her to manage and does not want to employ
assistance, has the option to sell off part of his/her run.
The Franchisee can either sell to Head Office (for an agreed
upon rate) or to a fellow Franchisee, who wishes to have
more jobs.
Another option is if a Franchisee has a
job out of his way and does not want to continue working
it, he/she could swap or trade another job for this job
with a fellow Franchisee. Extra money can be gained by obtaining
work and selling it back to the Franchisor or to another
Franchisee.
