| COMPACT RUNS
Reducing travel time and fuel expenses.
As our business grows, the more compact you can make your
run, by selling or trading your remote jobs.
EXTRA MONEY
By selling off the remote jobs or any work
which you may not have the time to carry out.
SUCCESSFULLY GROWING
A new Franchise owner is given enough work
to initially make at least $800 per week exclusive of GST.
A good operator stands to make much more. By organising
his/her run correctly the Franchisee could employ assistants
and continue to take on more work.
TRAINING / ADVICE NIGHTS
These nights will be arranged with the
idea of improving knowledge and also for the Franchisee
to raise questions on any problems or concerns he/she may
have. To improve knowledge on gardening, lawns quoting jobs
etc. All Franchisees will be expected to attend.
GROUP PURCHASE
The larger Executive Property Maintenance
Services Pty. Ltd. grows, the bigger the savings will be
on many of the goods and services required to run your business.
eg; mowers, brushcutters, blowers, chemicals.
SICKNESS, ACCIDENTS AND HOLIDAYS
In the event of sickness/accident a back
up service will be provided to look after your customers
while you are away. The same stands with Holidays as long
as prior notice is given.
CUSTOMERS
When you buy an Executive Property Maintenance
Services Pty. Ltd. Franchisee, after the initial training
period with us, you will receive the initial customers.
The Franchisee starts earning an income immediately and
should use this base to build your income.
UNLIMITED GROWING POTENTIAL
If you realise that to be successful, effort
has to be applied, then you could build a very substantial
business. With effort and provided quality of work is maintained
a Franchise owner could be large enough to employ full time
staff and keep on growing.
ADVERTISING
To start, this will be done as best as
money allows. As the Franchise grows, naturally then the
better the advertising campaign. Franchisee will be requested
to provide suggestions for the advertising campaign, however
the ultimate decision will be left in the hands of the Franchisor.
INITIAL TRAINING PERIOD (2 weeks/more
if desired).
An initial training period of two weeks
will apply to introduce the new owner to the run and clients,
explaining job frequency dates and work details. This work
will already be an established business and with regular
clients. In this training period the new Franchisee will
be shown how to operate and maintain his machinery correctly.
During this training period, the Franchisee will be paid
a nominal training allowance of $250 per week.
